About

Simplicity Point is the web site and blog of Jason Sanborn. The site started in support of a web design business in the late 1990s and early 2000s. After that time, the focus of the blog has moved to share information related to Microsoft Dynamics, programming and related topics.

Jason started programming with the BASIC language on both the Commodore 64 and the Apple II back in the 1980s. In the following decade, his focus switched to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. From there, he branched into PHP, ASP, VisualBasic 6, and VisualBasic.NET in the early years of the 21st century. Soon after, he began working with C# and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. In 2014, he became a Microsoft Certified Professional for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Today, his primary focus is working with C#, JavaScript and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.

Jason has worked for Calyx Software first in QA then as a developer for Microsoft CRM 4.0, on-premise. From there he worked for Webfortis, a Microsoft CRM consultant, as a CRM developer working with versions 4.0 through Dynamics CRM 2016, both online and on-premise. Webfortis was acquired by Avtex and Jason continued working as a CRM developer there. After Avtex, Jason worked for 24 Hour Fitness as a Senior CRM Developer for their Dynamics CRM online environment. Currently, Jason works for DXC Technology as a Senior Professional System Architect for Dynamics 365 CE.
